Resin Jewellery Intermediate Workshop

Perfect your mould making skills and learn how to embed objects in your resin pieces

Prerequisite: Nil however, participants who have completed the one day workshop will grasp projects more easily.

Time: 9am - 4pm
Cost: $365 (incl GST) includes expert instruction, all materials and morning and afternoon tea and lunch.
Age: 16 years and over
Requirements: Please wear closed in shoes

This workshop has a maximum number of 10 participants.

On the day

Building on the resin skills you have already learnt in the one day workshop, you will learn how to make your own silicone moulds to create your own unique designs.  You will expand on your skills of resin additives and learn about embedding items in resin. You will create a bangle mould, cabochon mould, resin coaster and the pieces cast from your moulds.

Meet your tutor

Anita Baills is a self taught mixed media jewellery artisan specialising in real butterfly, insect and reptile jewellery. She started making jewellery in 2009 and has since won numerous national and international design challenges. Taking inspiration from the colours and patterns in nature, Anita continues to develop new ways to create unique items with an upcycled, whimsical or nature theme.
