Cost: $355 (incl GST) includes expert instruction, all materials and morning and afternoon tea and lunch.
Age: 16 years and over
Requirements: Please wear closed in shoes

Glass Art Workshops have a maximum of eight participants.

On the day

Design your own unique bird, animal, flower or figure to feature on your decorative leadlight panel. You will use copperfoil, solder and small glass pieces to create an intricate yet strong piece of work. 

Meet your tutor

Acclaimed glass artist Richard Apel has completed numerous public art commissions including a stained glass chapel window at Wesley Hospital in Brisbane. In 2008, Richard was awarded a Churchill Fellowship to learn centuries old German glass painting and firing techniques at the Schilling factory in Frankfurt.
