Curator Conversation - Remembering Multuggerah

Curator Conversation is a series of entertaining talks hosted by Queensland Museum Curator Jeff Powell.

Theme: Dr Mark Copland from the Toowoomba Social Justice Commission presents Remembering Multuggerah.

Multuggerah was a Aboriginal warrior who is remembered by his descendants and other community members as a hero who fought the expansion of Europeans into the Lockyer Valley and Darling Downs.  He was a negotiator, a unifier and a leader of many local tribes.
