Teen Hands on Workshops

22 August 2013

The Cobb+Co Museum’s popular Teen Hands on Workshops return from 1 to 4 October.

Teenagers will have the satisfaction of creating something of quality with their own hands with the return of the Cobb+Co Museum’s Teen Hands on Workshop this October.

Cobb+Co Museum Director Deborah Bailey said from blacksmithing and silversmithing to spray paint art and wood carving, participants will be so proud of what they have made, they will want to show it off to all their family and friends.

“Classes will be small to ensure all participants receive as much guidance and assistance as they need. Our artisan instructors are all renowned in their fields and have been chosen based on their ability to work with teenagers, the world class quality of their work and their ability to create contemporary items using traditional techniques,” she said.

The three hour workshops cost $75 per person and include all materials and expert instruction.
